Merlefest starts today so we stopped by the field camping grounds adjacent to the festival. Filling up fast! Weather looks to be good. Remember we are away from the crowds located directly on the creek so you can camp sooth your brain after listening to great Bluegrass music.
Campground will be ready for MerleFest. Trees are showing colorful blossoms and new leaves, leaving the winter behind. Went fishing in the creek at the campground and caught a 14″ Bass (released). For your leisure time pleasure we will have Horseshoes and Cornhole for the kids. Time to save some money and Camp
Ready to camp at Stoney Fork Campground NC? Our campground construction is progressing on schedule and will be ready for Merlefest in Wilkesboro NC. Sites are being fitted with picnic tables and fire rings. Maple trees are starting to show signs of new life.
